First wash and prep your produce so it is ready to go. Peel and clean your garlic, then chop it up or use a garlic press. Make sure to wash and cut the ends off the green beans.

Put your tomatoes in a pot or pan and cook in olive oil on low heat for about 10 minutes. Then add the garlic and the green beans. Cook on low for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a generous seasoning of black pepper, I like using fresh cracked black pepper.

When it looks done, it’s done and ready to serve!

1 cup fresh Cherry Tomatoes or Sugar Plum Tomatoes
1/2 pound fresh French Green Beans
4 Cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Black pepper
