2 TBSP Finely Chopped Red Onion
2-3 TBSP Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper
4 oz can Albacore White Tuna (no salt packed in water)
1/2 TSP Dijon Mustard
1/2 Fresh Lemon (juiced)
1 1/2 TBSP of Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
Thank goodness for Primal Kitchen. Their avocado oil mayonnaise has inspired many new recipes in my kitchen, and here is a tuna recipe that never lasts long once it’s made and in the fridge!
Finely chop the red onion, and red bell pepper. Drain the tuna. Add all of the ingredients together in a bowl, mix well and your Primal Kitchen Tuna Salad is ready to serve. I plated this onto romaine lettuce cups, but it is also delicious scooped into avocado or in a tuna melt. It’s super simple and delicious.
