1 Avocado Sliced
2 Small Fresh Oranges Sliced Into Segments
2-3 TBSP’s Chevre Goat Cheese

When I was on tour with my Momager last year we discovered, during our supermarket hotel room dinners, that avocado and oranges tasted quite nice together. When I heard National Spinach Day was around the corner, and since I’ve always loved spinach when I was little from watching Popeye, I thought it might be tasty to top spinach with orange and avocado then sprinkle on some crumbled mild goat cheese and good balsamic vinegar. As you probably know by now, I LOVE Gourmet Blends Balsamic. Your salad is now ready to serve. I think Popeye would approve.
